healthy eating toddlers
What healthy stuff can you get your toddler to eat?
My son has turned into a picky eater. If I make him a chicken & veggies or beef & veggies dish and puree it, he eats it all up. But, he’s 15 months old now and needs to move beyond purees. The problem is, he won’t touch anything right now except berries, crackers and bread. Help!
He likes most kinds of fruit, berries are just his favorite. And he eats a bit of Yo Baby every day. But fruit is full of sugar, I need ideas on getting him to eat veggies and maybe some cheese.
lol..my son is 16mos…he loves fruit..but remember it’s natural sugar, not sugar added…it’s the good kind!! He won’t eat veggies!! I have to give him baby food for that! I also give him raviolis that have spinach in them. Try a grilled cheese, pizza, mac and cheese that you make with some american cheese and you can add some milk and butter to it so it’s creamier…sounds like he needs some more whole grains…Eggo waffles are made from whole grains and have blueberries or strawberries in them…
