What age group is the best for loft beds? I heard not to use upper berths before the age of 6. This bed is so pretty and tiny daughter would probably LOVE! They have low loft beds, too, but you can not put as much below (as the bureau or office), but they could play under. I probably would not put a child under 5 years or at least four very! and only if the child does not move, wiggle and kick much at night. even if the child is one to climb and want to jump, you may want to wait until they are slightly older or at least one listener the rules very well! I believe that even a teenager would like the bed without the tent, as you said, they could have additional room floor and to the dresser and a desk underneath. success
